As soon as your gift card email is received it can be used both in store and on our website.
The full value of your gift card will be automatically deducted once redeemed. If your order total is less than your gift card amount, the remainder will be left on your card for future use.
No, a Craghoppers gift card cannot be topped up.
Items purchased with a gift card and another payment method will be refunded in the same proportions as paid unless the gift card value is less than £1.
