Craghoppers Ltd Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

By becoming a member you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

To participate in the Scheme, you must be at least 16 years old and are considered an adult by local legislation in the applicable province or territory of residence. If you are at least 16 years old but under the age of 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction of residence), you will also need to have permission from one of your parents or guardians before joining the Program, and your parent or guardian must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The Craghoppers Ltd membership scheme (hereinafter the "Scheme") is offered to all individual customers, adult natural persons, holders of a valid email address, hereinafter referred to as the "Account Holder", "Customer" or “you.”

The membership scheme is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a member.

In order to join the scheme, you will need to create an Account AND agree to recieving marketing communications from us. You can opt out at any time. However opting out will mean that your membership will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your email address and contact details up to date.

The Scheme is not accessible to legal entities (companies, associations, etc.).

By joining and participating in the Scheme, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Craghoppers Ltd reserves the rights to refuse Membership entry at any time.

If you meet the eligibility conditions, you can join the Scheme by completing a registration form HERE. Membership of the Scheme is not subject to the obligation to purchase a product. Each natural person may only have one account. If you join the Scheme, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and to keep it up to date. Any incomplete request will not be taken into account by Craghoppers Ltd.

By joining the Scheme, you may receive electronic service communications from Craghoppers Ltd necessary for the execution of the membership scheme to inform you of your member benefits (even if you are not subscribed to the newsletter).

Registration for the Scheme and your experience with the Craghoppers Ltd brand — in particular through your purchases, your participation in events / competitions and your subscription to the newsletter — will result in new advantages for members.

Here are some advantages of how you can benefit as a member of the Scheme:

• Free standard delivery for online orders.
• Early access to sales: You will be able to benefit from early access to certain sales offered by us. The duration of advance access may vary depending on sales. Our standard terms and conditions of sale also apply.
• Access to events organised by Craghoppers Ltd, subject to registration and available places.
• Access to exclusive and personalised offers.

Offers and promotions on the website are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice. Nothing shall oblige us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.

Please note that all promos cannot be combined with other site wide offers (such as multi-buys) and cannot be stacked with other promo codes.

Offers codes will not be redeemable instore and can only be used online at the checkout.

The use of your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for any use that may be made of your login details, and you agree not to disclose them to anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that is conducted through your Membership account. This means you are also responsible for making every effort to keep your login details, such as e-mail address and password, secure and private. We advise using a unique password that has not used on any other account. If your password or account is compromised, we advise you change it quickly or reach out to Customer Services for further assistance.

You may cancel your membership at any time through My Account or by contacting Customer Services. Please note that by cancelling your membership you will only be able to use the guest check-out option when shopping online.

If you cancel your membership any offers associated to the scheme will be forfeited.

Craghoppers Ltd may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Membership Scheme, and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time, in case of changes to applicable laws, changes in services provided by Craghoppers Ltd or introducing new services.

Craghoppers Ltd reserves the right to make minor changes to the Membership Scheme and its Terms and Conditions without providing you with prior notification, provided that these changes does not materially affect the membership in a negative way. Please make sure to stay updated on the Terms and Conditions. You will always find the latest version of the Terms and Conditions on this page.

Any violation of the Craghoppers Ltd Membership Scheme rules, proven or probable fraud, non-compliance with the Terms, inactivity on the account, provision of incorrect data or any act detrimental to Craghoppers Ltd iinterests may lead to termination of, and/or affect your ability to participate in, the Craghoppers Ltd Membership Scheme, including, but not limited to, the adaptation of payment methods.
