When you purchase from Craghoppers, we know you expect your kit to be both sustainable and long-lasting. That's why we offer a Guarantee for Life on all of our products.
If you find your kit is faulty, we can replace it for the same or like for like item.
*We do not offer monetary refunds for items that are bought from a stockist.
1. If you have purchased from one of our stockists, please fill out the below form to ensure you are covered by the guarantee.
2. If you are in need of a replacement for a faulty item, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team who will arrange for your item to be replaced. Please follow the link.
3. If you have an item and we do not have the same in stock we will replace with what we consider a ‘like for like’ replacement from the current season.
Our Luggage and Footwear collections are covered by the following warranties:
Luggage: 5 Years from date of purchase: You will require proof of purchase and assessment from the dedicated customer service team.
Footwear: 2 years from date of purchase. You will require proof of purchase and assessment from the dedicated customer service team.
Walking Poles: 2 years from date of purchase. You will require proof of purchase and assessment from the dedicated customer service team.
Workwear: Guarantee for life on seams and manufacturing only.
T&C’s: The Guarantee for Life does not cover abnormal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. We will request photos of the item to assess prior to any decision being made regarding our life time guarantee.
We also know that a well loved product will sometimes show it's adventures, and may need some small repairs before you think about a replacement.

All Craghoppers clothing is covered by the lifetime guarantee.
Luggage is covered by a 5 year guarantee, footwear and walking poles are covered by a 2 year guarantee.
The lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing faults such as faulty zips, split seams, loose/missing buttons. Faulty poppers/fastenings.
The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, abnormal wear and tear from misuse/accidental damage.
Yes, you will receive a email to the address provided on the form to confirm that your guarantee has been registered.
