Out of Stock Items

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, how will you know?

If an item is out of stock, you will receive a notification to the email address provided at checkout.

Why do we allow orders on out of stock items?

Unfortunately, during busy periods certain items online may have gone out of stock before our systems have caught up.

If this has happened, we will notify you within 3 working days and advise you of an approximate delivery date for when the item will come back into stock.
