I have a promotional code, how do I redeem it?

You will be prompted for a promotional code on the basket page.

Simply enter the code and click ‘Apply’. The discount will be applied immediately.

I have a promotional code, why hasn’t the discount been added?

If you are having trouble getting the discount to apply to your basket total, make sure you’ve input the correct code, taking note of upper and lower case characters.

If the promotional code still doesn’t work, please contact us.

Please note: our promotional codes will often be tied to ‘New Season’ products or ‘Outlet’ products so please make sure your item sits in the relevant category.
