We also know that a well loved product will sometimes show it's adventures, so simply follow the below steps to get your product back to it's best!
What's covered by our free repairs?
The Process
1. Check our free repair list above to ensure your kit is covered by our policy.
2. Reach out to our Customer Care team and provide some information to see if you are eligible to claim your free Timpson vouchers.
3. Once confirmed by our team, your Timpson vouchers will be sent in the post to cover cost for your return.
4. Head to your closest Timpson or Johnsons Branch with your vouchers and kit in tow. Let the repair specialists work their magic; expect your item back in 7-10 days.
5. Wait for Timpson to contact you, and then it’s time to collect your expertly repaired kit and resume your adventures!

The repair service is available in the UK via Timpson’s and Johnson’s high street stores.
You can locate your nearest store via the links below.
For more complex repairs, items will be sent from your Local Timpson’s/Johnson’s store to the repair centre in Rugby, Once repaired the item will be delivered back to your local store and you will be notified when its ready to collect.
We will ask for your address and details of your purchase and the item to look into providing a repair.
Once you have received your repair voucher in the post, the repair will take approximately 7-10 days. Please note, repairs can take longer during peak times.
You will be notified by Timpson’s/Johnson’s when the item is repaired and ready to collect.

Accidental damaged is not covered by our repair guarantee, however Timpson’s provide repair services in store that can be arranged and paid for directly.
We would recommend applying a clear, self-adhesive waterproof patch/tape to repair small holes on waterproof garments.
